Our model gives that work a dedicated associate, with recruitment, employment, training and people management handled by Desk Pilot.
At the beginning
We are currently recruiting our first employee and building our founding team. Our first role is remote in Sri Lanka.
Our ambition is to grow a specialist operation with a clear standard of work and meaningful careers as the business develops.
